Frederick Masterman, a retired priest of the Episcopal Church, lives in Tucson, Arizona with his wife Rebecca McEldowney, herself a published author with WindstormCreative (Manual for Normal, Guardian Devils, Soul of Flesh), and their two dogs Casper and Raven. He has a background in geological science, which informs much of his writing. He is the author of A Matter of Taste, a short story in the science-fiction anthology Tales of the Slug, Season of the Plant, and The PlanetCare Discoveries Sourcebook. The futuristic sci-fi book That Which Endures is currently with Orchard House Press awaiting publication. The Jewels of Stonehenge is the second in the PlanetCare Discoveries Series, a Shared Universe project, in which Season of the Plant is the first novel.
