E.J. Angel is the designer of the Mardi Gras 3000 Collectible Card Game and the Mardi Gras 3000 open-world, where writers can write and publish in the Mardi Gras 3000 universe of Fallen Angel Terrapyres and four dimensional Celestials. She is a classically trained painter with a dual MFA in Performance and Interdisciplinary Arts (focus on painting). In her own words: I'm a math geek, gamer grrl, boxer and CCG (collectible card game) designer. Armenian American. Punk Christian. Raver. Motorcycle riding chick with way too much attitude for her own good. Inclusive and creative. I believe that angels always own leather jackets. Do you? I was born near Kapan, Armenia, and traveled with my parents until I was four. We finally settled in Boston, MA, then, recently, relocated as a family to the Pacific Northwest to be near Orchard House Press. I didn't know I wanted to design games until I heard about Jennifer DiMarco's incredible game operating system... after that I was hooked. Life is perfect now.
